PayCompass came in and asked to see our statements and what kind of fees we were paying with our processor – and, long story short, they were able to cut our fees significantly.
We get paid in a timely fashion. We don’t have any delays. We don’t have any problems. That was about 11 years ago, and we’ve been with them ever since.


With our new POS system [provided by PayCompass], we can track sales hour-by-hour. I can be out and pull it up on my phone and see if the girls are having a busy hour, busy afternoon, or busy morning.
I can easily say, ‘Gosh, it looks really quiet. Why don’t one of you guys go home?’ or ‘Hey, it’s really busy, you need some help, so I’ll show up.


We have 1800+ items with barcodes in our store. Misay, our PayCompass Agent, came into the picture and scanned all of them, and now it’s way easier to sell to our customers.
We used to have a lot of cash – big jugs of pennies, quarters, nickels, dollar bills – but now we’ve moved on to credit cards and Apple Pay. People pay with their watches now. It’s cool to see.
